What’s your refund policy?

How do I activate my key?
After payment we email you the license key. Join our Discord (invite link on the success page and in your email) and run /redeem key:<your key> to get the Customer role, which unlocks the download channel for the Athena Client. Paste your key, log in — your subscription time only starts on your first successful login.
Why do you require Discord verification?
Verifying your Discord identity before checkout links your key to your account, so /redeem can grant your role to the right person the moment you run it — no manual pairing, no misdirected keys. We only read your Discord ID and display name; we never see your email or Discord password.
Can I get an HWID reset?
Yes — open a ticket in our Discord and one of our staff will help you out. Please have your license key ready.
